ACCOUNTABLE TO:
Vice President, Youth & Family Services
ROLE:Under the direction of the Vice President of Youth & Family Services, the position is primarily responsible for our community advocacy arm. This entails developing and creating school engagement surrounding police relations and youth, case management processes, group programming, and SEL training for youth aged 13-21.

Essential:

Help establish and maintain Community Councils in the various partnering schools
Actively facilitate the Community Engagement Process. This process involves collaborating with schools, assisting in elections, and monitoring each council. It further includes completing any paperwork related to the council, such as programmatic assessments and surveys.

Develop and execute a workforce development strategy that aligns with ULP’s mission and exceeds funders expectations and desired outcomes. Employer engagement and relationship management Concept development, implementation, and oversight of ULP seminars, training programs, other career related programing and services.
