The Urban League of Philadelphia (ULP) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy sets forth ULP’s current practices with regard to the information the organization collects about you and how that information is used. A copy of the Privacy Policy is posted on ULP’s website: www.urbanleaguephila.org. ULP reserves the right to update its Privacy Policy from time to time and will post all updates to the Privacy Policy on its website. Clients and other individuals seeking the services of ULP may be asked to provide personal information so that ULP can provide assistance and/or assist in providing services to you. Examples of such personal information include, but are not limited to, your name address, phone number, social security number and date of birth. ULP also collects and maintains information about your ongoing participation and status in programs and services provided to its clients. ULP will not disclose your personal information to third parties except for one more of the following reasons:

To fulfill your requests for services and assistance;
To protect ULP from liability;
To respond to legal process or comply with lawful requests for your personal information;
In connection with a merger, acquisition or liquidation of ULP;
For other reasons not prohibited by law; and
For the additional reasons set forth in greater detail in the paragraph below

As a nonprofit, community based organization, ULP depends on the support of both donors and the community. From time to time, ULP will publish materials and respond to requests from the media and others regarding the successes and achievements of both ULP and its client. By seeking services or assistance through ULP, you are consenting to and allowing ULP to use your personal information including but not limited to, your name, a photograph or other image or likeness of you, and details about the nature of the services or assistance provided to you and your participation, performance and status in any such programs. This information may be used by ULP in publications, annual reports, press releases, websites, grant applications, solicitations, communications with federal, state and local governmental agencies, and communications with donors and sponsors. Acknowledgment I have been provided with a copy of the Privacy and Policy of The Urban League of Philadelphia in effect as of the date written below and agree to all of its terms. I understand that I am not obligated to use the services of The Urban League of Philadelphia, but that by accepting such services, I am agreeing to its Privacy Policy and all subsequent updates to the Privacy Policy posted on www.urbanleauguephila.org.
