Charity R. Wells serves as Director of Workforce Development and Entrepreneurship for the Urban League of Philadelphia (ULP). In this role, she oversees programming to connect career seekers - from entry-level to experienced professionals - to skills development and career opportunities. She also directs the ULP’s efforts to grow local Black and Brown businesses across the Philadelphia Metropolitan region.

With enthusiasm and dedication, she leads innovative programs that unlock participant potential and prepare them for success in long-term careers.
